Set hours that you can keep (decide that you are going to spend X hours / day blogging).

Decide what monetization methods you are going to establish (Ad Sales, Ad sense, or Promoting Your Own products).

Set up at a simple business structure, such as an LLC or Sole Proprietorship . . . by doing this you can establish a bank account for your blog and run proper accounting.

Leverage Your Efforts

If you are unable to write everyday you might want to look at hiring a writer. Don’t be afraid to outsource your SEO efforts. If design is not your strong point, then learn to ask for help.

You would be amazing at how many entrepreneurs who set out to make money blogging try to do it all themselves.
